Born and raised in French-speaking Switzerland, I began studying psychology and nutrition in my teens with an institute in Paris. My research focused on the mind's healing power, the subject of my thesis. Later in life, I was diagnosed with C-PTSD and anhedonia and told to “learn to live with it.” I defied the odds, delved into diverse modalities, earning many certifications. Years of research, personal and professional experiences allow me to share my insights with students and empower clients.
